Common areas, from the lobby to the restaurant
It is always a pleasure to participate in the renovation of a hotel, even more so if we are talking about a unique place like the RIU Maspalomas . In this case, the entrance maintains its traditional aesthetic, but with important new features such as the curtains covering the large windows. The importance of capturing the island's light is underscored by two large waterfalls that are impressive due to their height.
Similarly, in the restaurant we covered the large windows with earth-toned blinds. This way, the site is protected from light, the views of the legendary beach are preserved, and a more comfortable environment is created.
Finally, speaking of the common areas, it's important to mention the clad pillars. This work was completely exclusive and designed specifically for this project. By developing the entire design, manufacturing, and installation process under contract , we can meet any challenge.
The rooms, the heart of the hotel
Although the common areas are very important, the bedrooms are the centerpiece of any hotel. The rooms are decorated in earthy and ochre tones, reminiscent of the dunes at sunset or the colors of Gran Canaria.
A unique design where Comersan has installed curtains and plaid imitating wallpaper. For the curtains, a blackout blind (Blacksan) and a sheer curtain were chosen to better control the entry of light and provide privacy.
