Some spaces cannot be easily categorized into a specific decorative style. The Hotel Encinar, located in Cádiz (in the Sotogrande urbanization), is one of them. Its clean, functional, and warm design conveys comfort and well-being from the very first moment. It is a project where every decision is made with the customer experience in mind and to offer quality rest.
We are talking about what is now known as silent luxury: without ostentation, but with noble materials, well-selected fabrics, and exquisite attention to detail.
The interior design was developed by the Mónica Fullana studio, with whom we at Comersan have had the pleasure of collaborating. Our role in this project has been to provide quality textile solutions for the rooms, focusing on light management and the use of contract fabrics for hotels, adapted to the needs of the space.
Blackout curtains for hotels: real and uncompromising rest
In any accommodation, but especially in a high-end hotel, offering good rest is non-negotiable. That is why one of the key elements in this project has been our Ultradark blackout curtains.
This technical fabric, patented by Comersan, allows natural light to be completely blocked, guaranteeing darkness even during the day. It is washable, customizable, flame-retardant, and plastic-free, making it a sustainable and safe option, with OEKO-TEX certification.
For complete light management, it has been combined with light sheers, which allow the softening of sunlight at specific times of the day and provide a subtle and elegant decorative finish.
