There are privileged places on the planet and Mauritius is one of them. In this case, we flew to the new RIU Hotel where we played an essential role in the decoration project of the entire space. Specifically, the hotel is located on the Le Morne peninsula, a declared World Heritage Site, known for its white sand beaches and turquoise waters.
At the RIU Mauritius hotel, we carried out a complete project, focusing on textiles and wall coverings. Everything manufactured in our factory (in Spain) and installed in the hotel by our own team. We will analyze the spaces and tell you about Comersan's contribution to this complex designed for rest and enjoyment.
Common areas, relaxed environments
In the hotel's lobby, dining room, and restaurants, we worked on wall coverings. Our patented Wallcover is designed for any space because it complies with all fire-retardant protocols, is easy to clean, and requires minimal maintenance. The complete customization of the panels means we can use them in dining rooms, restaurants, or rooms.
Thanks to high-definition printing, we achieve different effects and textures in each decorative mural. In fact, we can imitate wooden slats, stone, or fabrics to design different styles.
Ultradark + Wallcover, 360-degree decoration
In the rooms, it is essential to achieve harmony aesthetically. This is achieved through a careful design and the consonance of the different elements, thanks to textiles, fabrics, and coverings, a perfect ambiance is achieved.
Specifically, we have worked on the Ultradark curtains to prevent light from entering. Their fabric is patented to prevent light from entering without plastic components and with a perfect drape. In addition, they are very easy to wash and their maintenance is very simple.
In this room, they are combined with the bed throws, the cushions in the same green tone, and a wall covering with designs maintaining the same chromatic range. By manufacturing everything ourselves and having a design team, we customize each job to the maximum and achieve any color or pattern.
