For months, the HD Parque Cristóbal Gran Canaria underwent a major renovation. The key was to reopen with a fresh new look and bright, practical spaces. The goal is to become a landmark on the island of Gran Canaria. Specifically, the hotel is divided into small bungalows that resemble a small village in the heart of Playa del Inglés, in the south of the island.

Ultradark curtains and fabric
The hotel renovation project has been carried out with IHP ( International Hospitality Projects ). A comprehensive studio for the construction, design, and planning of hotels worldwide. In this project, on the island of Gran Canaria, we were responsible for making all the curtains. A very special commission that defines the decor of the entire space.
Specifically, the Ultradark series was used in two stripes, playing with three different colors: tile, mustard, and blue. Ultradark fabric It is unique in the world and has been developed entirely in our factory.
Specifically, this type of fabric achieves 100% blackout in the room without synthetic coatings. In fact, this allows us to completely block out light while maintaining the beautiful, natural drape of the fabric. These curtains are paired with the Linopol IG White voile to allow light to filter through during the day.

It is impossible to overlook the the importance of light for getting a good night's sleep and feeling at peace, Two basic considerations in a hotel are rest and relaxation. Beyond artificial lighting, we must evaluate natural light and how to modulate it. In the apartments' common areas, the combination of curtains with Ultradark fabrics has also been chosen. Linopol curtains to eliminate light and to regulate it, both fabrics designed and manufactured by Comersan and completely fireproof.
